POSITION SUMMARY
 

The SuccessFactors System Administrator is responsible for helping our clients support the configuration, maintenance and ongoing administration of their SuccessFactors application. This position will support a variety of modules which may include Performance and Goal Management, Career Development Planning, Succession, Onboarding, Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, and Employee Central


 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
 

Provide support and guidance to our client administrators of specific SuccessFactors modules (could include PM, GM, ONB, RMK, CDP, SP, Comp, LMS, EC)

Administrator support includes (but not limited to)

  • Respond to our clients via a customer support ticketing system for system admin related issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to upgrades, releases, fixes and enhancements
  • Maintain system security roles, launch forms and manage supporting content (ex. Profiles, forms, updates to notifications, templates, pick lists, settings, field labels, etc)
  • Configure and update system setup via Provisioning and Admin Center
  • Participate in regularly scheduled client meetings – provide updates, recommendations and general problem-solving ideas.
  • Create ad hoc reports, tiles and dashboards
  • Evaluate SuccessFactors quarterly releases for system impacts and provide/inform our clients of updates and recommendations
  • Assist with updating and maintaining configuration workbooks, training materials and other system related documentatio
  • Assist with various phases of system testing

 

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:


1-3+ years of SuccessFactors system administration in at least two modules
 

SAP Associate Certification is a plus (Performance Management, Goal Management, Career Development Planning, Succession, Onboarding, Recruiting Management, Employee Central,. Learning or Compensation).

 

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills


Strong relationship skills both internal and external

 

Provide excellent customer service via written and verbal communication

 

Excellent documentation skills (procedure manuals, workbook updates, creating support tickets, etc.)

 

Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously

 

 

TECHNICAL SKILLS

 

Understanding or experience supporting an HCM system

 

Basic Knowledge of web technology including HTML, XML, browsers, etc. required

 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

 

Experience working with a ticketing/case management system preferred

 

LOCATION INFORMATION

 

This is a virtual position with an average of 5% travel for training or client support. Occasional weekend or after hour support may be required.
